I got my first phone after 10th class redmi note 7 pro on 10 april 2019. Now after 4.5 years I've changed my note 7 pro to redmi 12 5g. Note 7 pro was an amazingly durable smartphone and i hope redmi 12 5g will be the same

I cancelled my Redmi 12 order from Flipkart. It was delayed, they changed delivery date twice and remained undelivered. No propar support from Flipkart, I reached them via Chat, Call and Email. No one know the actual reason behind delay as seller did not mention anything in the system. Doesn't it sound like a scam? They overbook orders, create hype with season sale and eventually do not deliver product in time. Customer lose their days and other e-commerce lose business.

Same thing happened with me in last sale..... I had ordered Poco F4.... Didn't deliver for 2 days inspite of showing out for delivery and than automatically cancelled the order..... Now I have placed a bluetooth speaker order and same thing repeating again..... Yesterday out for delivery but didn't deliver .... Waiting for it today let's c..... And all this is happening in Mumbai in a metro city..... Flipkart has seriously fucked up big time i feel

@@PrasannaSomani-mh9hn Exactly. In my case it wasn't out for delivery. Tracker shows that the item reached the nearest hub within 2 days and then no progress/delivery in 5/days!!! That's crazy. It wasn't the case before. I used to with Flipkart for 10+ years and they always delivered on time and in some cases even a day earlier than promised. They need to revisit and blacklist such scammer sellers, I think.

I always have issue with Flipkart on exchange. Recently I tried to exchange my wife's Nokia G72 which was 2 months old (as it was replaced under warranty due to battery swelling). Same screen discolouration story. So I said leave it and returned the new phone. But I spoke to the guy with a bit of personal touch. And he told me they have instructions to reject 80-90% of exchanges under some pretext.
