Manakamana Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati and it is situated in the village of Manakamana in Gorkha District, Gandaki Province, Nepal.It is a sacred place of Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati. The name Manakamana originates from two words, “mana” which means heart and “kamana” which means wish. It is believed that if anyone makes a wish by their heart here then their wish will be fulfilled.
My friends and i first stayed in Hotel The Roof Top.The best thing about this hotel was that it was just infornt of cable car. We stayed there for 2 night.The hotel costed around 1130/- INR for 2 night.The management was awesome.Before visiting this hotel we visited few more hotels just to see which one is OK for us like The Great Malika Delux and Hotel manakamna Inn. And there are like hundreds of hotel at top.
Note : Please don't eat Parshad provided by the hotel at the top, cause they sell it on double rate . Same prashad is will be provided at the lower cost as we move downwards.
