Thank you so much for posting this video I’ve had my pressure washer from Harbor freight for about two years and I was just about to purchase a different one so that way I could be able to have the foam but after watching your video and the links you left I am now back in business and excited to be able to detail my car’s thank you so much for this blessing
I had a question. So I bought the foam cannon and wand, But I cant seem to attach the foam cannon to the wand. The golden quarter inch disconnect doesn't wiggle as seen in the video. how do I make it work properly?
Out of curiosity have you found a longer hose that fits this pressure washer? Bought all the gear as suggested and works perfect buuuuuuuut I can’t get half way around my truck ☹️
Basically just made a hole in the bill of the hat & attached the GoPro to it. Before you make a hole make sure the bill of the hat is not in the way when you have it on.
Man thank you so much for all the info! I was so frustrated that my foam cannon didn't fit on my HB pressure washer. Then I ordered and received the ryobi quick connect and now everything works great!
Bro i just bought the same pressure washer and I ordered the foam cannon but I didn't know that this wont fit!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!! You the MANNNNNNNNN!!!!! THANKS
Just found this video. I'm glad I did before I ordered a foam cannon. I didn't know they don't fit the HB pressure washer. Now I know what else is needed to make it work. Who would have thought washing a car in 2022 would be so difficult? 😆
Thanks Bro, you made me feel good again about my Portland purchase, just opened it today and also had bought a pressure tank, was disappointed. ...I just bought the Wond from Amazon
@@JJBanuelos finally got to use the wond and it works perfectly, it even works better with the color adapters than with original wond. Thanks for the contribution
Thank you for sharing this information!! I just bought Portland 1750 electric pressure washer this Friday for $65 Dlls at there parking lot special and was very disappointed I couldn't connect foam cannon. Thanks to you I can!! You earned new subscriber.
Just got a Portland 1750 today on sale $79 HF. Bought the replacement wand from Amazon on your link to attach the after market foam cannon I already bought the orifice nozzle tip
Finally I just discovered this video and thank you for doing it because you just saved me a lot of money I thought I needed to buy a whole new power washer.
Okay so I have this pressure washer, but I want a longer hose. Will be getting the Ryobi wand tho! Any idea who has a longer hose for this pressure washer? You got a subscription from me also!
@@JJBanuelos I did some research, and yes they do make a hose longer to fit our pressure washer, but you’d have to change wands. You can still use the foam cannon you have tho!
@@JJBanuelos Cool man thanks. And good video by the way, I’m just waiting on the wand attachment to arrive, everything else I got already. Only problem I had was figuring out how to install the new mesh filter. I felt like I was going to break the black plastic nozzle part so I just left it alone. The 1.1 mm brass thread was easy to install.
Awesome vid! went with the same setup but mines only shooting out water and no soap, would you happen to know if I missed a step or what could’ve happened 😁
I was having the same issue. First fix is making sure you turn the knob on the top of the foam cannon so that the cannon has access to the soap. Second fix is making sure you have enough soap on the foam cannon and you don't put to much water in it as well.
Just bought my portland washer today and knew about adapters but didnt know ryobi one would fit also. Ordered the ryobi wand part and a foam cannon/tip kit.
Well this step just eliminates most of the loose containment’s that are in the surface. You may have to scrub the vehicle after with a hand brush to remove the stuck on stuff. This step helps keep you from scratching your paint & causing swirl marks on your paint surface
@@JJBanuelos just washed both cars and let me tell you!!!! Night and day difference. foam came out thick and stuck to car until removed. thank you very much for hint.... so many other users like washing house etc.
Did the orifice (ha, can’t say that with a straight face 😂) include a steel mesh also? Does it get installed in the cannon nozzle too or do I not use it?
@@knotfelix : I did. I installed it. Haven’t tried it out yet. There is a pin that has to pushed out and pulled with pliers on the black cover piece. Give a slight pull and it will come apart. Once you see it apart use and adjustable wrench to open the body and you’ll see the steel mesh. I used a small screwdriver to remove it.
