I noticed you had two questions about the middle path snipers, 1.: the thing that allowed you to pop camp leads before the juggernaut was the supply drop sniper as it gets lead popping power 2.: on round 76 you wondered if snipers get bonus damage to camos, and yes they do in fact get that with night vision googles Edit: sorry I meant R78, not 76
@@woahman5281 yeah honestly sooner or later someone will comment the exact thing you wanted to comment, sometimes I feel like I have no original thoughts at all lol
@@mikekoivusalo5962You do realize he is playing on chimps where cash drops don’t do anything. You can’t get extra money in this game-mode. I will say tho, the winking face at the bottom makes me feel I did get r/whoosh, and if that is the case, we’ll played.
The glue strike/storm ability not only hits camos, it also quite uniquely deLEADS bloons, which allows sharp damage to deal damage to DDTs - which means it was your Elite Defender doing the heavy lifting against the DDTs. The Super Maelstorm, while having normal damage (meaning it can technically damage DDTs) can not hit camo bloons by default... So it was actually doing nothing against the DDTs!
Just a note I had. From my testing a 0-5-2 tack shooter is far superior to a 2-5-0. The extra blades that the bottom path gives the ability makes it really good.
Crosspath doesn't affect the ability's damage, but it does affect how long it lasts. Bottom path lasts longer, top path gives each blade more pierce (which it doesn't need most of the time)
this is actually a really good combination of towers, Elite Sniper buffs the attack speed of all snipers, so Elite Defender, being the fastest one, is a natural fit The biggest weakness these towers have is lead targeting, specifically Elite Defender and Maelstrom, but Glue Storm de-leads DDTs, which still can't be targeted by Maelstrom but Elite Defender can and can now damage them The same Glue Storm that increases damage taken by affected bloons by a flat +2 (or +1, I can never remember), which synergizes perfectly with fast attacking towers like these two In non-restrictive games just use Etienne for global camo detection and a couple alchemists or other support towers and it's a great strategy
It’s funny how much Quincy, the cheapest Hero, might have helped on particular rounds. Fun fact: i have tried this exact strat before but to little avail. DDT’s ruined my lunch.
Classic SJB starting to tell a story just to completely forget about it 5 minutes later Does anyone have the link to the video where he originally told the story I was intrigued lol Or a quick summary from someone that watched that video?
12:36: Snipers with the middle path do TWO bonus damage to camos if I'm not mistaken, that means that the damage likely carries through Ceramic layers in a mor efficient way minimizing the amount of shots it takes to destroy one and all of the children.
It made me laugh when you put the super jug on last and were like "what have i been doing?!" Because ever since i watched a video from years ago of yours where you said last was best, that's almost always what i put him on 😁
I dont know if you've done this challenge but I have an idea. Try beating a map on chimps but once you upgrade a tower you can't place anymore towers, you have to place all the towers you need for the game before you purchase any upgrades for them
I reckon the u-jug would be better on the second row - same general location, aiming up the water stream, but on the second row so the balls can bounce to the bottom
Bloon solver is extremely underrated. Second cheapest glue path and way better than glue storm and super glue. Ive gotten over a million pops with a 30k tower 5-2-0 glue
I watched a punji video and he was able to get over 100k by round 40 with a one farm monkeyopplillis. It was nuts. As everyone makes more money and the farm itself makes almost 300 per drop.
In theory 0-2-4 do more dmg to camo bloons but still a bit worse to pop the first layer of DDTs, at least agaisnt the bloons inside they can handle better than 2-0-4. (ofc both paths needing a camo-detection and lead popping power).
Im not sure youre benefiting that much by never going top path with snipers. Their main purpose is taking down higher tier bloons, and never getting it just makes them dart monkeys with infinite range. The pop counts are gonna be higher with bottom path, but in conjunction with other towers to deal with the lower bloon layers, top path is doing far more than the pop count indicates.
