Welcome back to another episode of The Property Development Tours.
In today's episode, we visit Jamie from Boxall homes project located in Treorchy. They purchased this property through an agent. This was a repossession from the bank so needed to exchange within two weeks and completed in four weeks. It was a 3-bed terrace traditional stone built (former miners' cottage) in the the1900s. The property was totally uninhabitable as it had no working bathroom or kitchen and is extremely damp.
