Everything look delicious! I have been watching "Journey For Food" productions for six month but I don't know what food is being sold. Can someone tell me what are the various foods being offered? I also observe that a large amount of rice is being plated. Is this typical of Indian cuisine?
Not necessarily. Different regions of India prefer different items. Northern india consumes rice & wheat flour breads as staple whereas southern India consumes rice as staple food. However you'll get different flavours and dishes in every part of India and they're all delicious.
@@mohammedkhanthepakistanipa3012 Thanks for the input Mohammed. 😉 It’s pretty self evident that "No one cares" about cleanliness and food safety in this part of the world… Also so I’m 37 years old, kiddo?
@@Nas-ur6lb If no one cared about food hygiene the population wouldn't be 1.4 Billion and the life expectancy wouldn't be 70 years (which is higher than than at least 50 countries). The population wouldn't be half that and the life expectancy would be around 50. Be realistic
@@mohammedkhanthepakistanipa3012 what bullshit stats are these? So,the life expectancy is lower than all other leading countries? But better then 3rd world countries? Impressive! And what does food cleanliness have to do with life expectancy? Yes, if you grow up eating shit bacteria your whole life you develop a tolerance for it? This is not surprising. If a Westerner ate this food they would be shitting water for a week! It’s called Delhi Belly, or The Bombay boogie, or Mumbai Bum.. These standards are acceptable for this part of the world, but would be highly illegal to operate like this in countries where we wash our hands, use refrigerators and have a basic understanding of bacterial science
@@Nas-ur6lb Use refrigerators? kid I live in India myself and have a refigator for the last 30 years (before I was born my family home had one). Every single middle class and rich person here eats hygienic and healthy food. It's only the poor and uneducated who don't. As far washing hands go ofc we wash our hands before eating that's common sense for an educated middle class and rich person

You don't need sauces that much in indian foods, the curry is good enough and poses as a great sauce itself. I do not see the reason to increase the amount of sauce.
