Cheapest smoke alarm vs Kiddie smoke alarm 

The Kidde smoke alarm is insozaton because the way the chamber looks but photoelectric like that very cheap detector have a black senseor

The Kidde is Ionisation, $2 is optical. Optical detectors are designed more for smo(u)ldering fires, while the Ion is better at detecting flaming fires like the one you set.

From what I heard some of the cheaper smoke alarms don't have a low battery alarm

Older smoke alarms take longer to go of that's why you need to replace them every 10 years or so because it will mount fucion and stop working

It is exactly as shown here. I bought this and two of the ones with a red cap on top. And I tested with so much smoke in a small chamber that you could not see anything anymore. There was no alarm even after several minutes. I only could get an alarm if I blew a lot of cigarette smoke with force directly into the smoke detection chamber. Dangerous scrap - nothing more.

I bought a kiddie smoke alarm for about 6 dollars it was in sale before it was 8 dollars

I bought a cheap Chinese propane detector it works okay for propane but is super sensitive for hydrogen when charging a car battery hydrogen and even went off when I broke a bottle of wine! Lol

Put them up on the roof and start a fire. Real casual :D

The kidde smoke alarm wins because thr cheap smoke alarm is a scam to use because the cheap smoke alarm does not respone quick so only the kidde smoke alarm response quick and first alert smoke alarm response quick too

Thé cheapest je better than the fucking Kidde , i bad one in my room , there was no heat sensor on it , but it still the same , i hadto change the battery after 4 months and now , after 2 years of working , it's always chirping , i changer the batteries 3 times , and nothing of changed
