Reverse Boosting is cheating in Call of Duty, it is one of the saddest things to do for content. It is lazy, dumb, and just CHEATING! If they did not care, why do they always HIDE their screen and who they are playing with... it is a joke and Call of Duty Activision needs to figure out the cheating problem in Black Ops 6... In my TDM experience as a legit rusher pre 2019 before the devs discouraged that play style, sometimes, IMO it’s obvious when ppl are cheating. Back then one player could manipulate a lobby w/proper kill streaks/score streaks by forcing the issue therefore dictating the pace of the game (think crash in b04). Now, the game literally spawns someone right near you to stop any momentum or any one player from ruining the experience (hence SBMM or EOMM). For ppl to slice through lobbies designed to make them look normal is always a dead giveaway in 2024. Everyone wants to be Neo from the matrix but most of them are duds.

Agreed. Cheating is widely considered using any third party software or hardware to gain an unfair advantage that wouldn’t otherwise be possible with your own input alone. Reverse boosting is not cheating by any means. It’s scummy to reverse boost then flex your annihilation of said lower skilled lobbies while pretending you’re goated but it does not fit the description of real cheating.

Ppl also do this in parties so everyone can do good. Ppl link up with their friends and usually it’s one friend who’s better than the rest of the team but if they match with a random the game suddenly becomes harder for them. It’s always interesting to me how when I play WZ alone with randoms my lobbies feel almost too good to be true to the point where I think everyone is cheating because I’m dying to PC players with precision aiming and better frame rates and audio than me. However when I join friends lobbies they suddenly can’t go off for double digit kills and I’m always last one alive with first or second most kills and the enemies actually feel like REAL ppl playing and not the game randomly spawning in AI ppl to kill me so I can’t rank higher when I play by myself

It’s interesting to me that everyone who tries claim how much better they are at the game don’t play ranked with their friends because then it’ll be easy to see who’s actually playing better. If you play 10 or more ranked games with the same teammates you will get lobbies that’s around the best player on the teams skill level and the only ppl that would rank up are the ppl getting the most kills and/or surviving the longest

As someone who gets zero bot lobbies playing solo it is impossible playing with friends or having a second account is literally the only way i play solo vs teams and get destroyed for hours a day for days and after a month i got 1 clear lobby that was easy but they were still players good enough to kill me if i shots

That MW2 method was a complete lie that streamers used to camouflage the real reverse boosting method rick mentioned in the video it didn't work then, and it sure as hell doesn't work now the dude probably used a VPN, secondary account, turned off crossplay, or stayed in the lobby till the end and let the game put him into a new game and or a combination of all of those they were and still are the real methods back then and now. Activision can easily verify the user by system, account, or IP address but chooses not to because they're too lazy or it's just not cost effective to them to do so.

He probably uses three accounts. I watched a guy using three accounts. The guy used two bot accounts to load the game and when the game is loading, he backed out one bot account then joins with his main. This guaranteed him getting it the bot lobby. He then backed out of the second bot account.

… So as an extremely small CoDtent creator I do my best to not rock the boat when it comes to other peoples content or how they make it, but I have a couple streams where I’ve been vocal with some viewers about this guy and his lobbies. It became super evident when he started doing solo duos/trios/quads on rebirth, and it’s like once you see it, you can’t unsee it. His content is entertaining, but I wouldn’t consider resubscribing to him unless he decided to be transparent with his audience.

TBH even most live streamers are slightly dishonest. Look at guys like mutex sym, teep , sure they are good some of them played on lan, but look at the times they consistently stream and play. you never see these guys playing when SBMM is the thickest. You never see them play when the demons are out from like 9pm their time to 4am. They are ALWAYS playing during stay at home dad hours 5am to 3pm and dropping chopper gunners on these guys, farming WZ nukes. Sym literally ends his stream every day at 3pm. So there's a whole fakeness in the entirety of the content creation culture that needs to be addressed because the average bot that watches these guys don't understand the SBMM peak and off hours. I think Huskers might be one of the few that actually plays at night , but he also used to VPN hard in Verdansk. He still probably VPNs but it just doesn't work as well as it used to since everyone knows about it and how to use it or make one. But im starting to also look at what times people play. its not as egregious as 2 boxing , but its still misleading.

nah nah the play style in mw2 for PARTY FINDER isn't about your opponents at all i remember people ran with that all year to make vids getting "easier" lobbies but all it is is finding teammates who are ALSO competitive or casual, just like the group finder on xbox its for getting similar teammates not opponents👌👍👍

BRO FINALLY. i actually enjoy his videos because they aren't terrible and enjoyable. But just watching his lobbies and seeing him look at his camera with an enemy right in front of him and then killing that person is just horrid. He said in a previous video for mw3 the only way for bot lobbies is qing into 10v10 moshpit. I knew it was shit because I tried it and it was so sweaty.
