The Muncie Fire Department and its emergency medical service are under intense scrutiny following allegations of systemic cheating that have rocked the department.
That's what I was thinking, that someone would show up at someone's home to help with an illness and they wouldn't know what to do. The person's life could be at stake. More and more people are being shown to be dishonest and really just out and out liars. Who can we trust anymore?
The problem with testifying character can also backfire, as was he so egotistical to his reputation and name, that he cheated to maintain his reputation. Cause all we know he could be the worst instructor ever, but just gave the folks the answers to pass and make him look good.
⚠️. CLEAN HOUSE - EVERYONE involved - including everyone who knew it was occurring ! They are likely the Low-IQ members of the department. If not fully investigated and adjudicated, I will have zero faith in the National Registry and the law-enforcement agencies tasked with protecting the public! I have been an NR-EMT since I was 18 years old. I’m now 60. I have also been a volunteer firefighter and held most line officer positions in my medium sized volunteer fire/rescue department, up to and including Chief. I have always done my very best to instill a culture of integrity and honesty. Your trustworthiness is paramount to your success in any organization. This should serve as a harsh warning to ALL EMT / Paramedic / Firefighting personnel.

Given the fact that presidential elections are an ideal example of…..(censored) I’m not sure if we are still being prohibited from discussing the massive cheating and corruption that occurred in 2020..?? Remember, requiring ID is “racist”. How can the Fire Service / EMS be “cleaned up” when the massive push for “DEI” has resulted in the dangerous lowering of standards (physical & aptitude) for “special groups”? Sorry.. just semi-coherent thoughts of a sad old geezer / semi-boomer watching my beloved nation and public safety being dismantled and destroyed.
