*possible spoiler* so, I'm guessing the character suffered an accident, evidenced by the crashing and siren sounds at the beginning, and that he/she is comatose or something, and the White flashes are the lights on the ceiling in a hospital. The crying door is one of the characters loved ones crying over the players physical state, and this whole situation occurs in his or her mind. And the smoke/cloud is the embodiment of death, which he or she is trying to avoid. This is my guessing at 3:15 I think, so I might be wrong.

Yes! I finally found this again. I saw this once back when Pewds first posted it and I just remembered it about two months ago, but I couldn't think of the name or anything but I finally found it again! :D Also, for some reason at 6:25 and 17:45, when he gets to that one room with all of the square, for some reason that really reminded me of the fourth Bleach movie, right after they enter hell and their being chased by the Hell's Will. Did anyone else get reminded of that as well or was I the only one?

This game gives me so much nostalgia. Pewds is so involved with us and the game,the game had a great story and the gameplay was great, and was different and unique from the other games that were just Jumpscare fests. It's just such a great game and video. A classic.

the hard thing is, that i also had a huge accident and i also was in a coma for 2 weeks. Yet, i still remember what i dreamed and it still gives me the creeps. And thats why i love this game so much. It always gives me back my memory of the time i had to fight between life and death. For me, it`s the best game ever! Thanks pewds :)
