Absolutely heart breaking :(

There is a road to Sobibor Camp now. When the Camp was working most of the arriving Jews were gassed. In those times the only access was by rail. The camp had a special siding. The camp was shielded from the main railway line by fences interwoven with fir tree cuttings and any old cuttings were replaced. This was part of the work of the so called Forest Kommando. Other Kommandos allowed to live were involved in sorting the gassed prisoners clothes, cooking making clothes and boots for the SS etc. There was one difference from Treblinka - at Treblinka an electrician prisoner had contact with the prisoners of the 'dead zone' - they emptied the gas chambers and burnt the bodies on pyres. At Sobibor there was no communication with the dead zone prisoners. AND when the break out took place NONE of those prisoners.escaped. BUT at Treblinka some of the 'dead zone" men were able to escape. Note 'dead zone' prisoners were all men and were fed and slept in a barrack there

I start to cry when she mention when they went woman and children on that road....with heavy bags...ladies mother let the bag go and understood they will die....She had her 6 yr old son and 13 year daughter...she explained that the 6 yr old boy and her cant escape but 13 year old can ...she pushed her from the road and she was saved by farmers when ran to safety...but the mom and brother was killed... It hurt so much..... God I hate the nazi pigs....how can you be so cruel... war we do stupid things, people get killed something we cant avoid, but we can limit.... but killing kids with intent...those SS pigs...
