@@Era-wp3tk there's no way it doesnt work, type ctrl+shift+c, testingcheats true, cas.fulleditmode exactly as typed here and in simsie's video and go shift+left mouse button on the sim and modify in cas, if it doesnt work ur definitely doing something wrong
There's a similar mod from TwistedMexi, too, "cas.fulleditmode always on". Also a bunch of super helpful stuff like "bb. moveobjects always on" and "testingcheats.true always on"😁
I wind up spending half my play time fixing townies 😂😭 also if you have MC command center downloaded you can randomized outfits or part of their outfit because sometimes it's not worth the whole makeover but it'll be like "HOLY FR- WHY are you wearing brown hiking boots with that sequin dress?"(edit typo)
You can also use MCCC to save various outfits and load them on townies as you see them. There's a tutorial on it on youtube. I have many outfits for both sexes and all the age stages that I'll just apply to townies that randomly generated.. It'll even have townies age up and automatically apply at random one of the outfits from each outfit category so I don't have to go fixing all of them.
Plus saving households from the gallery in my library and using the 100% tray import option in mccc, I save the various outfits that come with the new households since the outfits are usually really cute
Yeah ikr, literally my whole CC folder is destined for clothing (and some other stuff too) like I think the base game outfit choices suck and aren’t trendy 😭

Another way to do this: Go to manage worlds Click on manage households It’ll bring up a list of every townie that you can fully edit in cas Click on edit household in cas Voilà
My personal favorite cas cheat that not many people know about: casclockspeed # (0 for freeze, 1 for regular speed, and so on) Basically stops annoying cas animations from playing by freezing the Sim altogether, so going in the head categories will allow you to freeze the Sim completely straight up. No more werewolf howling, no more dog/cat pouncing, no more vampires t-rexing, no more spellcasting, etc
I made a whole MAKEOVER Save Game, where I made over EVERY single Sim in the game, even the ones who are still premade Sims, but are homeless, like Dustin Broke, who I turned into a teen and gave him his family, even his dad, and also Dirk Dreamer, who I did the same to, making Darren Dreamer and of course gave them their own homes! And it really is the funnest thing to me, that and redoing their homes, which I also did, lol!
Mc command center has all of these too, i use it for literally everything. You can give them maxed out skills, unlimited money, make sims leave your house, change your work attire etc
Tip: you don't always have to type "on" for specific cheats. For example, you can just type "bb.moveobjects" and it'll automatically enable it. Just a small little tio to save a very small amount of time lol
I’m an alpha cc user so it’s pretty much a necessity for me to fix every townie I see. I love CAS tho so I don’t mind and I kinda like seeing my made over townies out and about
One thing you forgot to mention in my game of sims if you finish editing a sim and press the tick ✅. Then it make you play their family and to change back you have to modify in cas for your original sim and press the tick ✅ to go back to your original game
I love using MCC for this. And just changed the top or bottom using MC Dresser if it’s an atrocious pairing. I also had a weird glitch where like half of my non-world townies’ winter clothes just had them shirtless or pants less so I could just load a random winter top and call it good with MCC. Made it super quick and simple
I love this cheat I don’t only use it for the Townes but for my sims because I so annoying that I have to go to a mirror or dresser just to change my sims outfits
One thing I hate about editing sims in cas mode sometimes is that the sim I edit, it switches to that sims family while I’m already playing with a diff fam
I've actually used cheats without having to do the testing cheats on thing. It works the same and you don't have to type it. It just opens other cheats.
@@bing967 X + O is the console version of “shift-clicking” and if you want to open the cheat console press L1, L2, R1, and R2 ALL AT THE SAME TIME!! And the cheat is still the same, “testingcheats on” + “cas.fulleditmode”
You see, I did it once and ended up editing every sims that I came across. I spent hours in real time, but only 2-3 days in game. Ignore everything, lesson learned 😂
Useful chest also if you ever want to change the personality of your sim or you want to work on a Sim over several sessions. I've done the personality thing I few times for storyline purposes (like changing them to not be mean or be gloomy or vegetarian).
Heads up becaus eshe didnt explain it, you can also change the age of the sim and name. It's like youre creating them for the first time, everything is unlocked.
You can just do the same in mccc settings/Notification/console/ Menu Settings/Console command settings/ and then Enable full edit CAS.. hit enable yes and then when you click on your sim, its the first thing which shows up, Modify Household in CAS.. and it will be in full edit mode all the time.. its the only way I ever go into CAS from game play.. the only time I do not is if I start a new game.. but its full edit mode anyway..
From my experience when you do this is switches your household with that sim in a household by themselves. And they wont live with their household more.
