Yes is true I went there 2015 November at Assin Dompem he has written Welcome to KENS Village with grass in front of his entrance or gate there are some boys who leave there According to them Hon Kennedy Only come there once
We thank God for his life and we pray and beseech God to add into him more years unto him. He is a blessing to almost every home in Assin not just Assin south.
A group of talented young graduates from that area should get together and have a business plan to run and manage that facility as a first class guesthouse to serve that area. They can setup a meeting with Ken to discuss the idea. Ken reserves a portion of the facility for his use and have a business arrangement with the young men/women to run the place. They get paid from the proceeds and the rest can go into a scholarship or general purpose fund to help more folks from the area.

It depends on the location. A plot of land somewhere in accra can cost more than the whole house in this video and also 40 bedrooms doesn't necessarily means is a mansion. This man is very rich tho
