I have a good idea for the heli. Add a remote control that way whenever you are about to get in it you can just lift it out of the water and jump on so you don’t risk drowning.

I like how you and Frantic started at different locations for your respective career playthroughs and are operating on very different upload paces, but you both ended up using the same location as your current base of operations. Kind of makes me do double takes at times.

They really need to spend some time on the career mode. I like the idea of crates, they reward exploration, but the time to reward ratio is crazy out of whack for, well everything really. There are way too many irrelevant missions. I'm never going to tow a boat across the map for 1 tech point and 4k. Crates take almost no time to get and are more rewarding than the best missions. I feel like the state of career mode is so bad, and there's so much low hanging fruit that even 1 developer spending like just a day on it could significantly improve it.

Careful they really don't like feedback unless it sounds positive, and even then they jump to excuses for why it's too much work.

why the diesel-electric? they‘re so fuel-inefficient, or did they change something about that that i‘m not aware of?

I get a weird reving that I never got before. It makes the prop rps inconsistent. Electric motors was the only way I could get the rps I wanted.

@@ProfNCognito i see. and i know what you‘re talking about (i think). when i get irregular RPS i turn on infinite fuel to see if it goes away. if it does, it usually means i have some bottleneck somewhere, for example not enough air. sometimes it helps to compare the flow rates shown on the tooltip of the engine between infinite fuel and normal mode. you might discover that in infinite mode you might have 400L/s of airflow, but in normal mode just 300. That would tell you that you need to increase your airflow. especially with the medium prefab engines i find that i need two small pumps in parallel delivering air to the air intake to get steady RPS. I know you‘re an experienced builder, so i‘m just putting this out there as food for thought.
