This is one of my biggest annoyance in Nigeria. For the love of God I don't know why they don't cover the sewage in Nigeria. Covering the sewage would be a perfect way to make sidewalks.
Why price it in dollars instead of Naira. I thought that it's against the law in Nigeria to sell or advertise in Dollars. most real estate buyers in Nigeria are people living in Nigeria. Keep up the good work bro.

The intention for most of these properties is to renovate to your tastes. We would have sold them as carcass but we noticed that Nigerians need a little nudge to stimulate their imaginations and pockets.
