I like your thinking, Mbonge. To be honest, it now mostly depends on my audience and whether they’re actually going to be watching this video. It’s rather simple - if there’s a demand for it (ie high number of views), I’ll do more of them. If not, I’ll conclude nobody really cares about this type of content. I had something similar happen with PENTHOUSES… I did a few video tours there, but didn’t see much viewing traffic, so although *I* wanted to do them, I didn’t get much reaction from my audience, so I stopped doing them. Fair point?🤔

I’m sure that’s what’s the presenter was referring to during his video tour. Apologies for the confusion. There was no ill-intent on our part.
Camera edit needs some work. You talk about the built in waldrobe, he cuts to the bed. You show the form and function of the kitchen cupboards, he cuts to a random B-roll. You are an excellent presenter. Hope the edit will support this next time.

Great question. In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property, such as now. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture.
Guess that’ll depend where you buy/build then. It definitely won’t be in that Broadacres/Fourways area. Careful when they promise you’ll “easily get your investment back in a year” - that’s a 100% ROI. Impossible with taking some serious risks. My 2 cents.
I have a really loud Bowers and Wilkins system. How close are the houses from one another? I currently live in the township because noise is not a complaint. Would it be a thing here? We watch a lot of movies in surround, dual 12 subs. I like to crank them

Sectional title apartments don’t necessarily lend themselves to privacy one would get from a free-standing home. Nonetheless, depending which unit you’d get within that setup, you might actually have quite the privacy!🤔
Exactly! Zero privacy. You can hear EVERYTHING others are doing. Houses is what people need - not rabbit hutches. Yuk. Not for us thanks. Everything that glitters is not gold.

Yuk. Rabbit hutches for humans. How about building actual HOUSES and not prison "apartments". We buy our own appliances too - we don't need the extra cost for yours. Build normal HOUSES instead of making millions for your own pockets building prisons. Some people want a family environment - not a prison, exposed block of what is really "flats" at a millionaire price.

Unfortunately for most of us, that’s where we grow & take the next step in homeownership. Personally, I used to rent them, then slowly bought one, outgrew it and moved into a bigger unit. Do I wish that money could buy a standalone house? Sure thing! But I wasn’t willing to give up my location by travelling too far/long just to live in one which suited my budget. Something’s got to give.
