is there anyway to check this info without turning the phone on and setting up an account? could you possibly find the serial number on the box of the phone and have the app downloaded on a different phone, then check the info that way? or is the serial number not on the box?

Hey mine says that the color of the phone is black , but actually the color is silver/bronze... and the refurbishment check says original, is is it fake or been replaced the coverage? Mine is original, but I tried to put custom rom on it and it caused tripped Knox, the phone wasn't even booting up after installing custom rom, so I had to flash the stock rom, but it didn't fixed knox.
