It's pretty awesome when your kids are fast getting ready. That would make us happy, yes good routine is definitely good and up at same time every morning. It's probably just a cold that and flu are always going around when kids are back at school.

Hi from Japan😊 If you buy rotisserie chicken, you can make great ramen soup from the bones!! Rise the bones and boil them in water for like 30mins and once the soup becomes white it is done! Add some salt or soy sauce and it is perfect soup!

I usually make smoothies when I’m under the weather, as I have cerebral palsy too, and during sick season, it’s more difficult for me to get calories in.

At your local Asian Market - buy Aroy-D cans of Asian soup mixes, get Blooming Brand birds nests (Taiwan noodles similar to ramen), and add vegetable to taste. Not 100% home made but will get you close.
