@@sandi2352 thank you , I play checkercycle every day online and we also talk by phone nearly everyday , he is doing fine. He has ideas for a new video that he is working on, he wants us to do one together but we are being hesitant and cautious right now because of covid.

@@profoundmoves great. Are you on Facebook? If so, id like to talk about draughts with you. I see you have videos dating back several years. I’m new to the game, my 2nd year and I enjoy Pool checkers. Spanish, Russian rules.
They both are fun to play, a lifetime of joy, in both styles, you are in deep waters once you make the wrong move. Both styles have magic that is without equal.
This is Roy and this is what I think: I think this truffles person probably likes you but is pretending to hate you. Otherwise, why would that user be wasting time saying you suck and a bunch of garbage if he apparently finds your videos boring. He's sure wasting his time in writting all that.
there is room to enjoy both styles, I started with pool checkers and discovered straight checkers much later in life(2005) and I enjoy both styles immensely. It is sad when so many feel it has to be one or the other, checkers or chess, pool or atraight, basketball or football ,baseball or soccer, boxing or mma, wrestling or Karate, and apples or oranges, just enjoy them both is what I say, no need to be against the other because you are for the other, it's ok to have a preference, but I have run into people who make idiotic statements why one is better than the other.
Great Georgia Boy is primarily a pool checker player and he plays chess as well, but he enjoys all 3 games tremendously. I once asked him which game is more difficult and his answer was if you make a mistake in any of them, then you are in a world of trouble lol.
