Hellow, I am going to attend BVC in upcoming fall intake. I wanted to know about changing the program in BVC as I have proper justification to change my program. But in my LOA, there is a check mark In "NO" in exchange program so I am really worried about this. Do you have any idea about this and if possible, can you know about this in college. I would me more than thankful for your response.

I’m afraid I can’t ask this as well as I don’t know the full story and the school will not tell this info unless I book for an appointment online or in-person. If you are an incoming student, you can book for an academic advising. Or if you are an international student, you can contact international advisors. They will either call you or arrange a teams/outlook meeting even when you’re not in Canada. Thanks, hope this helps somehow.
