I would say the color is fine for a work hat, the dark brown helps hide the dirt. I PERSONALLY prefer to have the brim flatter on the sides, but that's personal preference. For general lube I like fluid film, it is lanolin based, so it is food grade safe.

Although I prefer “baseball caps” I’d say the hat works for you. Thanks for the videos!

I like the darker brown hat. The cowboy hat looks much better on you than the snapback. The cowboy hat takes some of the roundness out of your face and give you a sleeker look.

Weighing bales by hand is old school...try Weighay bale scale to automatically adjust the baler to make a target weight bale.

I've handled hay for ~60 years. It is surprising to me that there is not more shattering in the breakdown/rebale process. And, where is the dust? You are producing a premium ~45 pound bale of top-quality grass hay.

I love your hat, I just think that you should go for a better shaped, full on cowboy hat.
