Bless you Gary. Just know that you are not alone on your journey with anxiety and depression. Thank you for your honesty, and reminding us to check in with ourselves, and do what we need to do to feel better. I am glad that you got outside to just breathe and take a break, and I hope that when you went back home, your heart felt more at peace. Be well today. One day at a time.🥰
Ohmygoodness Gary, that made my heart hurt. Never have I wanted to dive through the TV screen and hug someone. I’m so sorry you’re having a bad week and you’ve had a panic attack. Check in with yourself is great advice and I hope you listen to that today. I hope you can stay in the park or go and find somewhere quiet to sit and you start to feel better very soon. K x
Oh Gary what I find amazing and empowering about you is that your able to share such wonderful words of wisdom and advice when your struggling yourself. Thank you 😊 Take care xx
Thank you for sharing. There's so much power in checking in with yourself. It's so great that you do it, and talk about it too. I think it really helps empower those who are feeling the same. Hope today is a better day. Keep being brilliant x
You're lucky to have a great friend like Adam. You can and will get through all of this! There are thousands of your followers who are giving you a hug today.

Sending you love Gary, I do hope you're feeling better. You are incredibly brave to talk so openly about your anxiety, I can't even pick up my phone when I'm having a bad day. Just know that you are helping alot of people with these vlogs 💗
I know how you feel. Your so brave, thank you for being strong enough to share how real times like these are. It's so difficult and your loved so much xx xx

Bless you Gary. Anxiety is so hard and often can be all consuming. I'm glad you were able to know what you needed and did it. Thank you for your honesty & the joy to bring to the world. You are a shining light!!
I’ve just watched this and Gary you are amazing! I watch your vlogs a lot and you keep it real! From someone who also suffers from anxiety and depression you have shown me that it’s ok to not be ok. And it’s ok to check in on yourself and to tell yourself you are enough. Keep doing what you are doing! X
Oh love, you were so brave to step out ! My heart is with you. Sending you so much love and a soft, warm hug. Save yourself and know you are helping others. All the love to you !
Sending you love Gary. I totally understand how you needed space & to get away from the situation that triggered your anxiety. Hoping the fresh air and space in the park helped even just a little bit. Changing your surroundings & circumstances can bring calm to you. Keep soothing your soul by being kind to yourself each day xx
We all love you, Gary! Thank you for being so honest and reminding us all the importance of checking in with ourselves. Hopefully we will soon be able to go on fun experiences again and return to the magic! 🥰
It’s so good that you felt able to share how you were feeling and I hope it helped you as much as it will have helped a lot of other people. It’s difficult if you’re an anxious person if someone is in your personal space even if you know them and are usually comfortable with them, and for strangers or workmen to be in your space is extra hard. I think you did the right thing to get out and about and I hope a chat to Adam helped too. Xx
Gary thank you for sharing yourself even when you are feeling bad you have the courage to reach out and use your pain to help the rest of us. Sending love and good energy your way.
You did the right thing, stepping outside where the air is clean even though it was hard it’s always a step in the right direction. I also suffer from mental health issues and when I had an anxiety attack this passed Sunday it was horrible but by the grace of god I got through it. Love you Gary C we’re all here for you!
I really wanted to give you a huge hug when I saw this. It’s great that you managed to get yourself out of the situation and have a great friend in Adam that you can reach out to. It will help others hoping through anxiety that there is no shame in telling people you are struggling and it is best to be honest. Take care my lovely xx🥰
Gary, big hug, you will be fine, just sit and take deep breaths. I think this was wonderful that you made this honest video. So often people hide their anxiety and depression being embarrassed or afraid what people might think. More people need to be open about it as there are so many millions who suffer from depression, anxiety or other mental problems. There is nothing to be afraid or embarrassed. We all need to be aware and supportive. My adult daughter suffers from anxiety attacks but over the years has become more and more open in talking to others about it only to find many of her coworkers and friends were hiding the same. So thanks for sharing. Just remember you have so many many viewer friends here for you.
“You just have to check in with yourself - what do you need? Love that and thank you for sharing and finding an outlet to not only try to help yourself but give advice to others! ❤️👏🏽
Thank you Gary C for making this video. For someone who suffers from exiety and depression I have thoughts days where I need to get out. I have friends that help keep me leveled. Talking to people and watching videos help me. I also watch alot of TV to keep occupied.
Gary, thank you again for sharing your wisdom and what you have learned. You are helping those of us who also suffer from anxiety and depression. Know that we aren't judging you on what you wear or where you are. Sending you love and peace.
Your willingness to be vulnerable and share your struggles is honestly so inspiring, you’re amazing Gary, you’re clearly helping lots of others feel less alone in their own battles🤍sending you a huge hug! 🤍
I think going out for some fresh air is the best thing you can do, it always helps me when I'm not feeling well. Hope you're feeling much better today, sending love and a big hug your way Gary, know that you're not alone!
Through the whole video I kept wanting to tell you to take your time and breathe. It does help to talk things out. So glad you have Adam to go to. Hugs and positive vibes being sent your way.
Oh Garry if I could hug you right now,I would. You're such an inspiration, even though you're struggling yourself, you always think of others.you're a very special person.Thank you for being so honest.x
Isn’t it strange how something so simple as checking in and then allowing yourself what you need can be so powerful. I hope the anxiety settles and you get some much needed rest. I also really wish I could give you a big bear hug. ❤️
Awww Gary I hope you find comfort from making these videos and reading comments because you are definitely helping and comforting other people❤️❤️ knowing we are all not alone in experiencing these things is comforting too x
Oh Gary hun. Sending all the love. I get how you feel, my anxiety gets to the point like a tight sleeping bag that I can't get out of (if that makes any sense??) Getting out is always a good thing. Get some air, some space and sunshine. Ride the waves hunny one at a time xx
Oh Gary. I'm sending you so much love and a huge hug. ❤ I feel for you so very much. You are such a wonderful person and you deserve the world! I'm so glad Adam reached out to you. All of your fans can't wait for your next series of vlogs..take care of yourself and sending love ❤

Oh Gary :-( I suffer with the same thing due to trauma. Just know you’re not alone and you bring a lot of joy to all of us. You are so pure and seem like the nicest guy ever. Sometimes it’s best to bring yourself out of a situation, to calm yourself down. It’s amazing what getting out of that environment does.
Gary you did the right thing removing yourself from the situation. As another subscriber said even when you are struggling you still have such helpful advice for others. Take care x P.s good timing Adam !
THAT IS A BIG STEP! Bless you and I’m VERY proud of you! You removed yourself from a situation. You were even able to have a laugh! Well done my overseas friend ❤️🤗
You do what helps. Our daughter went through a rough time. I had never heard of anxiety attacks or known someone with depression before a member of our family went through it. Day by day! Remember to try and find the laughter. I loved that!

Knowing others are going through the same thing helps me more than you know. Thank you for opening up and sharing yourself with us. Love to Adam for being there for you. We love you so much. xoxoxo
Hi Gary, I have never commented on your videos since discovering you during lockdown. I think what your feeling about what's going on at home is normal, it's how we deal with these situations that what makes us who we are. You did all the right things, you removed yourself from the situation and spoke out. Very brave.
