In this episode I take you guys out to the National Pike Steam Show yet again. The August show is even bigger and maybe even better than the spring show. Lots of cool stuff to look at! I don't know everything, but I try to give some insight on some of the cool stuff out there. I go out there to learn about some of the old forms of equipment and bygone industry being kept alive.

This show is just awesome. I believe that our Saturday had the largest number of exhibitors and attendees. I also believe having RU-vid videos like yours has really given our show a boast. Thanks for posting and hope you can continue to attend our shows.

I think that was Sam operating Matt's shovel, the glasses on the hat and the speed he operates, pretty sure that's him. Your microphone did a way better job capturing those Screamin Jimmies in the Eucs than my phone did. 😆 I missed out on the dredging, what day did they run that? Older fella running the Thew chain crowd shovel really knew his machine.

I knew for a fact that I it was NOT Matt running the Bucyrus, 😂I didn’t pay too much attention while I was filming, and when I went to edit the footage, I was wondering if it was Sam, but I couldn’t be sure, so I didn’t wanna say anything and be wrong lol. It would make sense if it was is Sam, I know he has a similar Bucyrus, and the operator obviously knew what he was doing. As for the dredging, they did that Saturday and Sunday, pretty early on in the day. I did not see them do it after about noon or so. And yes, those old timers that run the same machines every show really do know what they’re doing and know how to run their machines pretty well. Thanks for watching the video. Hope you enjoyed it.
