Thanks very much for the video. I have a Gen II Hayabusa and never have done valve clearances. At least this gives me an understanding of how you achieve that. Thanks again much appreciated 👍
17,500 miles. The manual calls for the clearances to be checked at 15,000 miles. That engine is tremendously over-built so don't be surprised if your clearances are within specifications.
Check your ignition timing, fuel filter , fuel tank screen, injectors for lack of fuel, fuel pump. After you find problem put a fuel filter from the tank to injector(in line) Popping could be fuel or timing problem.
