Don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes it takes up to a year for swelling to go down. My sister still looks pregnant 3monthson. But it's going down very slowly.

I think she said measure length from waist to desired length for foundation. Then work enough rows to cover butt. Work another piece for front without them touching. I hope that helps.
