screen capture from the MV is super choppy. If you're not doing it for copyright reasons, I'd recommend recapturing it and re-stitching it into your video. I'm not too familiar with capture software but maybe there's something in your settings like memory allocation that's preventing you from capturing your camera and screen at the same time.
