Goodgirl Badgirl yeah. mb :( already got some from dancing. For example I pulled a muscle in my right leg like 3 years ago and it still hurts when I stretch and does right splits :(
Bea Ahlner ouch! but if you really want to cheer, it's not too late! maybe you wont end up level 5, maybe you will, but as long as you work hard, you'll feel good at any level of cheerleading! :D
You guys are honestly amazing. Kudos to your coach for choreographing that routine. I've never seen a guy jump that high, and the team had beautiful tumbling. Congratulations guys and girls.
i cried when they won :') i cheer for union city,NJ (EAGLES) and 2013 we didnt go to competition :/ but i hope that this year we can work hard enough like this team did
Amazing! Made me tear with that song! Incredible flips and jumps! Just amazing! I cant wait for my daughters cheer team to look likr this! Also wish we didn't live on the border, so the macho boys cant be cheerleaders can be gone! Yall are amazing!!

I didn't make my 7th grade team but I'm trying out for my 8th grade team in a month and this is the most nervous I have ever been in my life because I want to be on my school team more than anything on earth... Does anybody have tips? It'd help a lot and I might get less nervous.
just try to show your coaches that even if you cant do a certain thing (stunt , or learn the cheers fast) you are going to keep trying (: show them your dedicated
Ummm.. you know this is Allstar cheerleading? School cheerleading is different but.. Stretch work out like Russian twists sit up splits etc and stay healthy! (Im an all star cheerleader)
Ashley if you were a cheerleader or even gymnast you would know tumblers need a little padding when they are doing multiple stunts/flips or jumps to help absorb shock and keep them from snapping an ankle. Theyre doing extreme cheer, its very different than a normal routine.
I want to see her do this routine on a gym floor. Let me know how her ankles are doing after. That's if she doesn't sprain or snap them by the end. There's a reason this is EXTREME cheer.
I thought that was very classy how even though they were so excited to win NCA, they waited and let top gun have their moment. Congrats on your win Coed Elite!
