This is so true the fact that she thought she can get out whenever she want and come whenever she wants is disrespectful not only for the coaches also for the team❗️

I truly admire the coach/manager’s intellect and patience… obviously, her goal is to develop the athlete physically and emotionally. We hear so much negativity about “BLACK” youth being lazy and violent… if it wasn’t for this channel, most of us wouldn’t know about people like Coach Black who dedicate their expertise to the learning and development of black youth. We raised our children in Oregon. My husband coached Little League Baseball and the city team advanced to the Little League World Series. All of our children trained and participated in TEAM sports. Having parented athletes who excelled academically, my heart goes out to this young person because she’s trying to stay on task with a full plate. I shared this story with my husband… he assumed the athlete was speaking for the “carpool” when a child in on a TEAM… the parents are also members of the team. Team sports build character and prepare our youth for life, higher education and professional opportunities. This channel should be on Lifetime or Netflix.

Because she got the routine down pack that’s why she is really good she wouldn’t even be in the front if she’s not good she’s really awesome so why not leave on time some people have to take care of their grandmothers siblings etc. like all kids do not have it easy growing up she’s doing her routine perfectly no flaws so why are y’all in peoples businesses

@@khiyaduo lmao like it’s in the video so is it really being in her business🧐😂but either way their a team so if her team as a whole isn’t looking right then of course they should stay and practice and like everybody said if you come late you don’t have the right to complain about what time you leave and if the girl did have any siblings or anything to take care of then her and the coach would’ve already had a talk about it and then this conversation would’ve never happened and plus if her mom had time to pick her up and drop her off she would also have time to watch after her kids while the girl is at practice

You will be Fired if you are constantly late for work. And in my dance team days you would be kicked off of the team especially with this type of attitude, mouthing back, and disrespect.

Nah as coach you just know your students , especially teenage girls . You have to take your time with them . She’s probably just having a day . She complained but she still stayed pass 9 and still practiced full out .

Right , one time I didn’t get out till 9am. but you have to remember you signed up for it . It comes with being on a team ;if you don’t like it LEAVE .

These are kids. In no way is it right or okay to keep them that long especially after school. U expediting the same thing doesn’t make it acceptable

But you can’t just push her frustration aside. It’s hard when it’s a single person or few people not getting the routine down and forcing your whole team to work past their limits and not be frustrated. Besides frustration leads to accidents.

@@falonrobinson3465 I mean I understand her frustration but that doesn’t give her the audacity to speak to her coach like that . If she really was tired of going over the time they’re are supposed to leave she could’ve did one or two things the first thing is communicated to her teammates and let them she have to go home a certain time . The second thing is communicated with her coach’s. but noooo she wanted to do it her way in be disrespectful. That’s not cool at all.

@@falonrobinson3465 that’s what being a team mean though. as corny as it is, the team is only as good as their weakest link. when you’re on a team, you’re no longer an individual. even if you’re perfect you should be helping your members be stronger so you can succeed together or just simply don’t be a part of a team if you can’t handle that.

The last competition was in March the season is almost over

*Too much patience because I had a coach that didn’t play with the disrespect and attitudes she would kick u off in a heart beat & let somebody else that did get cut have a chance

I cringe over their stunting, but I have to say I’m not surprised. In the world of cheerleading, these are not athletes they are there for the skirt not the sport. I’ll put quality on the mat not quantity

@@cheercoachdee they actually have gotten way better at stunting and alot of them are athletes most of them actually cheer high school & are really good
