I think the restaurant is wonderful and I absolutely love the fact that the chef is Italian and from Italy, instead of a migrant from Mexico or Venezuela or Ecuador. This is very important to me it makes the restaurant more authentic! ❤🇺🇸🙏🏻👍🏻

Congratualations Ervis!!! Cheese Wheel Resteraunt is a wonderful Italian resteraunt! Love the bread in the parmesan garlic olive oil!!! Both dishes are true Italian dishes. Homeade pasta in the parmesan cheese wheel. Spaghetti and the juicy meatballs in a homeade marinara. The Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo was great jumbo shrimp in a creamy parmesan Alfredo sauce. Plus probably the best tiramisu I've ever seen. The cocoa on top of the cream and coffee soaked ladyfingers OH MY GOODNESS! That is well worth the money cause it was done with care. Ervis is proud of his recipes and the Italian atmosphere!

Wow! That was the best looking Italian food I’ve ever seen in the restaurant! It had to be mouthwatering! And that was absolutely a generous portion of tiramisu and it looked luscious!

I have to say of all of the restaurants I’ve seen you review this one is my favorite! The freshly made pasta, the very high quality ingredients, the atmosphere, and the prices were so incredibly reasonable I can’t even believe it! I don’t eat pasta much these days but I sure as heck would make a trip to this place! Reminds me a little bit of a place I used to go to back in the day. I took my wife there on our very first date over 30 years ago! This video really made my day. You guys keep killing it and it keeps me watching!!

This has got to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the country. I’ve never seen a restaurant that gives you huge shrimp like that and actually tosses the pasta around on the wheel of Parmesan cheese like they do! Some people would look at the menu and think that it’s too expensive, but for what they give you , it’s actually quite reasonable. Thanks for another great video!!

Good morning now this is a real Italian authentic restaurant. You can taste the difference between box spaghetti to the real deal. My mom always put ricotta cheese in her meatballs and also Parm cheese too. Thank you for showing us a real Italian authentic restaurant. Love it 😊

It looks like a nice place to eat. The pasta must have been awesome handmade and fresh put on a cheese wheel yummy. It's also nice to see an Italian serving Italian food.

I found it entertaining to watch the pasta being made, then swirled on the parmesan wheel. Also fun to watch him put the tiramisu together. Of course I drooled all the way through because I'm hungry. Your videos are the best! Especially these OC, and the Dollywood ones.

Hi John and Bobbie. I have eaten homemade pasta at an Italian restaurant before and it is way better than packaged pasta and the homemade pasta almost melts in your mouth. I also make Tiramisu but that one looked amazing also. The meatballs and the shrimp were also good quality. Great place for real Italian food❤️

Man, oh Man do I love good meatballs and these look delicious and nothing beats homemade pasta tossed in cheese and wow to the Tiramisu, yum. I'm not a seafood lover, but my husband would love the dish you ordered John. Thanks for taking us along.

Siciliana-Italiana here, J... you hit the nail on the head when you said you could just eat the pasta with butter (after the parmigiano reggiano wheel) THAT is true Italian "alfredo" aka "pasta al burro" ( pasta tossed with parmigiano, butter and a touch of starchy pasta water to make a creamy sauce....no cream or milk!) What is on most menus here in the US is American "alfredo" with cream sauce...non existent in Italy. Someone commented about saying "noodles". The difference between noodles and pasta is that noodles are generally made with all purpose flour, egg, water, salt. Pasta must be 100% durum semolina wheat of a special grind texture and mixed only with water. Nothing else. Hope that helps....the food looked spectacular and so glad you enjoyed it! My daughter lives only about 15 - 20 minutes from OC. She goes to this restaurant and before they opened, she ate on the boardwalk. She believe she has tried something new each time. Next trip to OC is an upscale dining experience at the inlet in OC called, SPAIN. Located on the second floor with glass panoramic views of the water and outside open dining as well. The food is fresh, very delicious and different from most restaurants. The quality of the food is top notch along with the servers and management who gives you a personal greeting to your table. The success of this restaurant has been so remarkable that they are now going to open 2 more. One in Berlin, which is not far away and another one as well. Note: The Salisbury Zoo is free and also in Salisbury is an old dinner called Dayton’s, known for their delicious fried chicken. Not associated with Dayton’s on the boardwalk. Parking is always terrible in OC and famous for writing out tickets 🎫. Fall Fest is a nice time at O. C. and usually great bands performing. Glad to had a nice visit, sea gulls and all!

Meatballs now on menu as a SIDE DISH!! Just went here under your recommendation whilst at a USSSA Eastern Nationals Softball Tournament for my daughter. My wife and daughter each agreed to make this our first stop to eat dinner! 😜… my wife wanted the lobster ravioli, but they were out of that already at 7 pm, (that’s what to expect when it’s made fresh, LoL), she settled on the chicken parm dinner, my daughter had their penne a la vodka with sausage, I had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo.. We also got a side (yup, they took your idea and added a side of meatballs onto their menu).. We each shared a piece of each other’s plate and couldn’t go wrong ordering any of these for ourselves.. 😜😜 we finished with each getting a meatball, these were very good, you can taste all the flavors in them (on the peppery side, but we all love that)).. forgot to get that awesome tiramisu, LoL.. Also, they must have moved the parm wheel back into the kitchen when we went (closer to the boiling water for pasta), it was dinner time and were busy, we sat where we could still view, but limited and not visible to others seated in other areas the restaurant unless they stood up and walked over to watch /video! The bread and oil/balsamic dip to start was one of the best parts of our meal, the quality of that ‘REAL’ (not blended) Olive Oil was outstanding!! Thanks for the recommendation, was very well worth it!! ❤❤

I don’t usually eat Italian at restaurants because pasta 🍝 is so easy to make at home. That said the food you had looks good.

Looks like a Hidden Gem!!! If it’s traditional Tiramisu then they would be using Mascarpone Cheese (Italian Cream Cheese) and the coffee would be spiked with rum and sugar. Keep up the Great Work!!! - Nick Giardiello

I work for an Italian restaurant here where I live .hands down there for that look wonderful. They say you eat with your eyes first so you always got to make sure it looks good and that it dead thank you Bobby and John.

We will be going down to lovely OC in 3 weeks and will check this restaurant out. Great prices. We went to the great Italian resturant think called Itslian Tree around 120 th Street until the owner guess passed away maybe 8 years ago. Now go to Touch of Italy around 65th Street for great Italian meals & take out deserts. Like to enjoy at least two seafood meals & 2 Italian meals the summer & fall weeks at OC

I love pasta but I refuse to eat it anymore, only if it's made of lentils or veggies. This looks delish however, so fresh !! that meatball looks so Italian and tender and moist. Never heard of ricotta in meatballs I guess this is their secret huh? gives lots of moisture. The lady finger dessert looks to die for!! and I love coffee flavor anything. The shrimp in alfredo sauce looked beyond spectacular. I'll take that in a second. The penne pasta in vodka sauce is one of my favorites. I'm not a marinara fan.
