The bowls empty, simple stack them with a piece of parchment paper between each bowl, place them into a high top cake box. You may also package them stacked with parchment between each bowl and use pretty cellophane wrap the way they do the Easter baskets with a pretty bow. If your going to fill them, use the high top tall cake boxes, they come in many sizes and colors. Thank You! I appreciate your subscribing to Nammy’s Table🎈

The the empty bowl unthaws a tad moist where the chocolate doesn’t cover. I wouldn’t advise freezing a full bowl as that may become a thawing disaster with the fruit and creams being extremely wet.

What about freezing the bowl without the filling? I want to do these at a pop up shop I was thinking of preparing the bowls add the filling as I make each order?

I’ve made the bowls and cones a day or so in advance, that way there was no need to freeze them. You can do it that way.

Hi! I bake/cook for self, family and friends. One bowl should be no less than $5 without any filling. I’ve seen waffle bowls with sprinkles sell for $8!

The bowls (empty)same as gift baskets (without the basket) on a small cake board with the cellophane pulled up around it and fitted with a cute bow.

Being that we’re using fresh fruit I’ve never saved for more than a day. Or you may add the fruit on top later. The dipped chocolate on the inside and outside of the bowl will keep it from getting soggy .

Yes you can, also dab a little chocolate on the rim so they don’t slide apart and/or slide ribbon (under the bottom to the top bowl), place them in a nice clear wrap with a bow.

The whipping cream consists of 1 block cream cheese, 1 and 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla Beat the cream cheese for 3mins until there are no lumps and smooth. Add the heavy cream slowly continue beating and adding the cream and beat on medium high until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar beat until you have still peaks.

You can add more powdered sugar if needed.

I’ve not sold them individually. I usually add one or two into an assorted cookie box of about dozen and they go for $18.00 priced based on area stores and bakeries.
