1 kilo Ox Tripe
1/2 head of Garlic, chopped
2 medium Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Fish Sauce (Patis)
2 dried Bay Leaves
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 and 1/2 cup Sprite or 7up
1 and 1/2 cup Water or add more
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
1 cup Garbanzo beans
2 pcs Chorizo or Chinese Sausage
1 cup Cheese (shredded)
1 medium Carrots
2 medium Bellpepper
