Ingredients:
For the filling:
Chicken (boneless, cut into small pieces) 250gms
Onion (finely chopped) 1 small
Garlic (finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
Capsicum (finely chopped) ¼ to ½ cup
Cabbage (finely chopped) ¼ to ½ cup
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Maida/ All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 200 gms
For the crepes:
Maida/ All purpose flour 1 cup
Eggs 2
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Water ¾ cup
