Ingredients:
White slice bread
Mozzarella Cheese
Butter - 100gms
Garlic - 1tbsp if using Indian 1tsp
Coriander leaves / parsley leaves - 2tbsp
Notes:
You can also used cheese slabs instead of grated cheese.
You can also make a spicy version by adding 1 green Chilli chopped along with garlic / chili flakes.
Make sure to roast them on low flame.
