Potatoes are delicious no matter how they are made
Ingredients:
6 round potatoes
80g butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
3tsp minced garlic (5 cloves)
1 tbsp pizza grass
5 tbsp parmesan cheese
Slice the potatoes thinly on both sides, then split in half in the middle. This will allow the potatoes to stand on the table.
Cut a few knives on the side with a large cross-section for easy brushing.
Once the butter has melted, add the remaining topping and brush over the sides of the potatoes
Bake both sides at 185°C for 25 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, then it’s ok
