Rachel, as much as I’ve tried my Italian lasagna always flops! So I stopped making Italian, until now!!I followed your directions and wow I made this scrumptious Italian dish!!! I broke the bad mojo on my Italian cooking thanks to you!!!
I love stuffed shells. Sometimes I just make cheese stuffed and cook Italian sausage links with peppers and onion separately. Either inside or out of the shells, delicious.

Those looks sooooo yummy ! I was glad that you used a jarred sauce, if one doesn't have any made ,and that " doctoring up " works so well! I usually make my own sauce, but if not... jarred is good. I am inspired to make these, Miss Rachel!! Mmmm- mmmm. Salad and Breadsticks. Perfect . 💯😊🙂🍽
I have pretty much stopped making my own sauce these days. I found one I love that fits what I need and it just seems crazy to make my own any more. Now if I wanted a true Sunday Gravy, then I suppose I’d have to “get out in that kitchen and rattle them pots n pans”! It isn’t worth it for just myself. 😊
Thanks, Rachel! I’ve never made stuffed shells with sausage in the filling! I’m now convinced it’s high time! LOL I’ll figure out how to do a keto shell (they’ll be more like cups), but think I’ll cheat and cook 1 or 2 pasta shells to get the full effect.

Looks good! My family and I were just talking about stuffed shells and how we used to be able to buy them at Price Club/Costco. We would prepare them with Prego sauce which I would use for nothing else since we found it to be overly sweet but perfect only for the stuffed shells.

I used half spicy sausage and half regular and the filling was amazing. My Peter is sitting in his easy chair. My son and daughter in law gorged!
