Cheesy Tuna Lumpia Recipe | Yummy Tuna Cheese Spring Roll 

Hey Foodies! Tuna lumpia (spring roll) is a great alternative to Filipino classic pork lumpia. It is healthier, but you are not sacrificing any taste. This crispy and Cheesy Tuna lumpia is so satisfying to eat as snack or ulam! 😊
Ingredients:
3 cans (155g/can) Tuna Flakes in Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pc white onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
3-4 pcs celery leaves, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, minced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
20-25 pcs lumpia wrapper
80g cheddar cheese, sliced
Oil for frying
