I remember as a kid going bullfrog hunting with my dad at the creek. He used a headlamp, and we would put the bullfrogs in a bag alive. The meat tastes like chicken thigh. Super Chef made a tasty looking dish of bullfrogs, but I am not understanding why he cut the meat so small. Just like the chicken, always cut into so many small pieces. Tuantuan is a daddies boy you can tell. Always so happy to see his daddy and smiles so wide when daddy talks to him.
While I enjoy this channel I think it’s time to offer different recipes. All your are doing is cooking the same dishes. Opening a food business than show your versatility. Chef Wang demonstrates that in his videos and cooking different dishes has help his word of mouth business become a reality. Chef Chao think bigger 🎉
The homemade pickles bean soaking for day an week I thought you forgot about them the color is a nice shade of red the next batch of pickles👍 ginger an garlic would add even more flavor to the mixture. I only had green and yellow pickles but not red pickles yet once in a while I have 🐸 I like mine coated in almonds and charcoal roasted with pickle bamboo 😀✌️❤️
I was raised in southern USAunlike many Americans we were poor and didn't have much money to buy in markets. We at squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, deer, turtles and frogs. All foods are cooked differently and well seasoned. I still eat these but I'm also learning to make and eat Chinese foods thanks to you and other UTUBERS. Thank you very much.
