We had the same issue. I Switched the probes position in the cradle and they registered right away. Commenting in case this helps others with the same problem.
This probe is a disaster. I bought this 10 months ago and it has not stayed on consistently. Today (Thanksgiving 2023) I made sure everything was charged and Bluetooth and wi-if both connected. I placed the probe into the turkey 2 hours into the cooking and it started okay with a temperature I was expecting. It worked for about 4 minutes and it lost connection with the hub, the hub is fully charged and 10 inches away from the oven. I keep trying to reconnect it but the app is not intuitive and a royal pain in the butt. This is going in the trash and I’ll switch to a batter6 operated wired probe, never had any issues with them in the past.
Sorry I am 8 months late but I had the Meater probes and tried to use them in the oven. Just like you super close to it. Nothing blocking like walls etc. Just the oven door. Couldn't connect at all. I wonder if something about oven designs affect Bluetooth signal?
