I reckon going casual first so you can go around different camps . Then you decide where is a good place for you. Good luck 👍

Busy because there are a lot of people to feed . As long as you get along with the crew and everyone helps each other you would enjoy your swing. Give it a go you might like it.

@@DChefonTwoWheels because they just give me a casual position not a full-time position. I worry they will cut my hour or cut my shift.

So much work to do in camp you will be working alot of hours.

Hi, yes I'm still doing FIFO atm. Most sites do 2:1 ... really depends on what is needed manpower wise.

@@lewiscampbell9306 would definitely recommend working FIFO. Go work your swing then go on vacation on your R&R .

@@DChefonTwoWheels also, I’ve been seeing that some mining jobs count towards your 88days work for your 2nd year visa. Does that apply for chefs in fifo mines?

Thanks for replying Chef. I will send my CV po sa mga agencies na nabanggit niyo. Mukhang exciting po kasi ang trabaho niyo. Bagong environment for me. I like the 2 weeks work 1 week off set-up. Mas maraming time mag-explore sa australia. Sana po mameet ko kayo. I'm willing to move ASAP po pag nakahanap ako ng work.

Busy busy din sa trabaho, pero mas okay yung week off na mahaba. 🤣

Kadalasan kinukuha ng company namin mga permanent residents na Filipino para sa FIFO work. Pero dami naghahanap ng kusinero dito sa Australia kaya apply na sir. Dami opportunities para sa atin mga kusinero.

@@seanpatrickgallegos6414 I'm not too sure about the visa s. Probably it would be good to go to a migration agent to help out with which path to take for you to find work and live in Australia.

@@KURT_. sobra na 12 hours na work kaya di kami nag overtime. Wala ko alam na nag offer ng sponsorship sa FIFO.
