Thanks Mr. Yan, Cutting up a chicken was hard before watching your show. I now have another way to cut up chicken (whole) depending on how much time I have in the kitchen to prepare a meal.
It took me more time than that to separate a saddle leg. I would need like 500 chickens to practice on to reach this level of badassery in the kitchen.
