Spicy Maggi Pizza Paratha:
Ingredients:
2 packets of Maggi noodles
2 cups all-purpose flour
Water, ½ Cup
Salt ½ tsp
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper (capsicum), finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste (¼ tsp)
Grated cheese(Mozzarella), as desired
Oil, for cooking
Instructions:
1. Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions, but reduce the cooking time by 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, and oil to make a soft dough. Knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, and green chili until softened.
4. Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan and mix well.
5. Sprinkle garam masala, red chili powder, and salt over the noodles and vegetables. Stir until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
6. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin disc (paratha).
7. Place a spoonful of the Maggi noodle mixture onto one half of the paratha. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Fold the other half of the paratha over the filling and seal the edges by pressing gently.
9. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the stuffed paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil as needed.
10. Remove the paratha from the pan and repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
11. Cut the Spicy Maggi Pizza Paratha into wedges and serve hot as a fusion snack or meal.
