Fallow desserts are around £11. Very reasonable given the quality of the ingredients, location and work gone into them. Keep your uneducated opinions across the pond where you belong.
It's a technique for presentation. In a restaurant of this caliber you aren't paying for huge portions, you're paying for a good balance of quality, quantity & beauty.
I don't understand. this is just cosmetic and i think would actually make it taste worse since you just squeezed all the air out of somethings that's meant to have air and be light and fluffy. This is the type of food and cooking i hate. the kind that does nothing for the actual taste but just looks pretentious.
