I had my first mental breakdown from stress, at the ripe age of 21, due to an absolutely mental chef. He bullied everyone at every opportunity, and was the worst human being I've ever had the misfortune to meet. After that my stress tolerance was way lower than it used to be, and took nearly a decade to recover from.
