Stamford Bridge said goodbye to Thiago Silva on Sunday after four years at the club.
The defender, who won three trophies after joining from Paris St-Germain, was part of the Champions League-winning 2020-21 team.
Following the final whistle, the Brazilian was given a guard of honour by staff and team-mates as the fans chanted his name for the final time.
He was visibly emotional as he walked out and was called a "bona fide Chelsea legend" before taking to the mic himself.
He thanked the players, staff and fans for four "incredible years" and gave honourable mentions to former manager Frank Lampard and Marina Granovskaia.
He finished by saying: "My dream is to see my children play for you. I love you so much and I will miss you."
The 39-year-old will join Brazilian club Fluminense this summer.
