As we have seen this season, it is very difficult with players. Last season certain players were very inconsistent, hence why people were changing their minds so often. Good young players need experience around them, someone to look up to and take advice from, during the game, when the going gets tough. As we have seen when the pressure has been on, nobody there with advice and help on the pitch. A Strachan type player, been there and done it, and bloody good just about every game.

Need a creator a striker and right back. And obviously a set piece coach!

Chelsea has a lot of youngsters with very high potential who need loans, examples, Andrey Santos (Box to Box MF), Carney Chukwuemeka is will not get minutes with Maresca (attacking Midfielder, number 10), Lesley Ugochukwu (Defensives MF), Alfie Gilchrits (CD, RB), Deivid Washington (Brazilian wonder kid, Striker), etc, They have a lot of talent that they need to play, and honestly Leeds is a perfect club for them, especially knowing the squad restructuring that they are going to go through.

Calum O'Hare would fit leeds like a glove! Get him in.

We need a proper right back. Worry when players are described as right back/centre half. At 6 foot not sure he is tall enough to play centre half in the Championship

The existing owners are very good at keeping most deals quiet, players and sponsorship, until the deals are done. Papers, sources and all the rest have to come up with something to say, mainly nothing of any real substance.

Too much talk about transfers I’d like to get rid of players first that would be an indication of how serious we are as a club more than transfers. We’ve got players that aren’t good enough quite simply and are stiffling talent waiting to show us what they have to offer. Which in the case of Joseph looks like above Championship level to me I’m very excited about this player above any other player in the whole club and that’s saying something as we’ve got some stellar talent coming through, just to mention one of them Charlie Crew.

Still don’t get this hype about Summerville and the transfer fee and the clubs Conor keeps linking with this player. No doubt he’s had a very good season ( in the Championship) and no doubt his ball control and dribbling is as good if not better than any player we have in recent seasons. But flaws and weaknesses in his game are there for all to see even at Championship level where we know Walker Peters shut him down totally in three games. Totally predictable and a one trick pony to use a cliche of cutting inside and taking the shot and as for the rest of his game ? - can’t see a pass to player yet alone deliver one, corner taking not even good enough at Championship level and free kicks have been absolutely dreadful all last season.
