Arsenal played Spurs a year ago with a front 3 of Jesus, Nketiah and Saka, we played Manchester City with a front 3 of Trossard, Nketiah and Jesus, we played Sevilla at home with a midfield of Jorginho, Rice and Havertz. My point is that this isn't the first time we've had an injury crisis in the last year. We've had this happen multiple times, it's seriously unfortunate that 3/4 of our 8/10's are out, I know it seems bad but Arsenal chose to loan out Vieira, they must've had a plan

You are 100% right no club can account for what has happened and it just insane bad luck. What are the odds of Rice being wrongly sent off and suspended at the same time as Merino gets a freak shoulder fracture in his first training session and Odegaard gets injured 5 days before the bog game on International duty. Viera leaving plays no part none of us want him playing and even if he was still at the club I would want Havertz and Trossard both as the 8/10s ahead of him. Even after all that bad luck to miss those players at the same time when we play our two biggest away games is just mental. This is no one's fault the squad depth is good we have 21 senior players all proven at International level. If we did not have the run of games we have then we would be praised for the depth we have. To think with no Odegaard, Rice and Merino our first 3 midfielders we still have a midfield of Jorgino, Partey and Havertz that is amazing. It was only a couple of years ago our best midfield was Xhaka, Guendouzi and Torreira.

Odegaard missing a month is a blow, sure, but let's not forget he was out of form and also missed a couple of weeks injured this time last year. Acting like Jorginho, Sterling, Jesus, Trossard, Kiwior, Zinchenko aren't levels above previous sub-options like Cedric, Holding, Nketiah, Lokonga and Tavares is a joke.

Is this proposed, rumor/hearsay/speculation, move for Chelsea to a new stadium they want to build in the same area? Possibly doing what Tottenham did and build new stadium on same site and they play at Wembley for 1-2 seasons? Or are they looking at moving miles away to a different part of London? He's not in the correct position hussam. He's either got to go tight to one of those players or he's got to be a couple of yards closer to goal and position himself ball side to block a pass. He did neither. The other thing I'll say is the guy who was at the near post did a maguire and was glued to the near post rather than a yeard further out cuz he should have stopped that pass even being made across goal and he should be the one being slaughtered by the media it was awful positioning.every defender should know that you don't glue yourself to the near post on a floor pass across goal.

Arsenal couldn’t redevelop the site because highbury became a listed building, Stamford Bridge is listed (for some unknown reason) and so they’ve got to look at the ability to increase capacity without hindering those laws, which, could be done, but if it’s easier and cheaper to get a new stadium and do what Arsenal did, then that’s the option to take 🤷🏼‍♂️

Osgood and Charlie Cooke were my childhood heroes. Yes I'm an old git. I would still support moving if it was in the interest of the club. For those that care the memories will still be there but we all grow up in houses that we leave you don't forget them. In all other aspects I pretty much agree with Terry. Season's not done. Mo is so reactionary. Ødegaard was injured for a month last season, we were fine. Last time we had a midfield 3 of Jorginho, Rice and Havertz, this time it will likely be Partey, Rice and Nwaneri. Nwaneri for those who don't watch him is a mix between Ødegaard and Saka. The club would've prepared for this. I worry about Spurs and City but when was the last time Ødegaard played well against those clubs? A while, how Arsenal will play against City and Spurs definitely suits more of an explosive ball carrier than a controller. I'm actually more worried about the leadership gap in the squad (Mo's example of van Dijk is irrelevant because Ødegaard is very important but we can get by without him, of Saliba got injured, then we're screwed)

Chels have exhausted all avenues to complie with FFP. They have no option but to increase profits by increasing revenue thru stadium income. My Mums ashes were divided between 3 siblings to keep the peace, Just dig up the mans memory and replace them in the new sadium. No doubt, if he is Chels greatest player, he would not hesitate to be placed in a new location that sercures the long time sustainability of his club.
