Just finished my morning practice and I had a bad injury on my knee but is still a chance to avoid surgery.... just wanna say thank you because you are really helping us with your videos whatever they content and you are giving hope and motivation to continue❤💪👏

😂 neither could I! Couldn’t live without it either. Just make sure you don’t rush back as you will be missing it tons, make sure you come back when you are definitely fully fit and ready as you don’t want to get another injury and make it worse
