Sister co owner of restaurant attached to hotel at one time, worked there for a time, she had room booked continuously, I was a Chelsea boy until 17, then fled the big apple, still visit after 50 years!

i am both glad and sad when i watch the glad part being i stayed 3 of the greatest day's of my life here when it was still all original now that brings me to the sad part that they are ruining the hotel now with modernized​ modifications which they will try to tell you that they are "renovating" it or "making ​it better" or that they are "thinking of the future well-being of the building's structure!" but the plain old truth is that they are "Fucking-Up!" the "Hotel-Chelsea" so they can pimp it out to Rich People with out most of them complaining that it's "out of date!" or "Looks old & dirty!" if you want a modernized hotel go to F'N las-vegas or Beverly hills​ or something! don't fuck up the last remaining artifact of the original old .N.Y.C. !!... Seriously not are you doing that but you are fucking with people who loved & stayed at that hotel past! & present! & i am a big believer in the afterlife & a believer that altering a already haunted structure expecially like a hotel! or house! where people were born,lived,died, in significant numbers/amounts! there! that it stirs up even more paranormal activity & 98% of the time it severely pisses off any spirit's/soul's/ghost's or any being's that still reside there! ya'know? this hotel has basically been the same for like hundred's! of years! i am sorry if i offend anyone with what i am saying but the fact that they are ruining a place i love & pisses me off!
