Some people go to the gym to better themselves. Others go to make themselves "look better". And some people like these really don't understand the assignment.
Honestly, as a Chelsea fan, with the abysmal season Mudryk has had, he shouldn't even be posting on Instagram, he and the rest of the team should be doing triple sessions at the training ground every day until the new season starts.

There's a massive difference between accidentally showing an ass crack and some dumb bimbo accusing you of sexual assault or creepiness when you're minding your own business at the gym. One is just old school humour and something you can laugh about, the other actually has serious social and even potential legal repercussions. It's not something you can just laugh about because it has consequences. This is just funny and I'm sure the soccer player wasn't doing it to demean the guy but just get the old omg ass crack laughs. Joey needs to calm down. He's sometimes spot on but then takes it a bit far with something harmless like this.
It is a drug. It is designed to be one. The people who designed it made it specifically with the goal of triggering the worst in humans and thus keep them on the app/site for long periods. They also don't allow their own children to use it. Which should tell you everything you need to know.
As someone who watches soccer, I am not surprised that a Chelsea player spent more time filming in the gym than working out. It showed in their season.
I would love to see a reporter ask this guy how he feels about being called out by Joey during an interview. Would be rather funny as then the follow up question would be, why did you think posting this was a good idea. Until we hold people accountable for what they do they won't change.

Ohh I hope this goes big for 2 reasons. One gym filming of others needs to go away if you want to film yourself to show form/motivate others fine but stop filming other people. Two professionals and influencers need to be help accountable for this horrible treatment of people that are "less" than them.

I went to the gym last night and there was a guy hogging 3 machines while but only doing 1 set every 10 minutes and his face was in his phone the entire time between sets. He wasn't even lifting heavy he just couldn't get his head out of his phone.
It's really a whole new level when a professional athlete is engaging in this type of behavior. Hope he sees this video and feels some shame for his actions.
fuck em dude, if they are looking let them. I used to worry about this all the time, but a few years in the gym and I can't be bothered to care about it anymore. Happens to a lot of people in the gym, and a lot of people outside of it as well. Everyone's got a crack, sometimes it shows, no big deal.
Sadly so many people believe their light shines brighter when they’re dimming someone else’s light. Thankfully we have people here like Joey to point out the facts. You’re not making yourself look better because you’re tearing down someone else. It just reveals how toxic and ugly your heart is. It also reveals how ugly the people who support those who bully others.
Thank goodness this has not only received the exposure from Joey Swollen but it has since been picked up by most media outlets around the world. The only way this behaviour will stop is by exposing these people and showing it around the world. Let’s just hope some good will come from this exposure and changes are made.

I can't believe that people need to learn the hard way from being called out by Joey. Such an inspirational person and mindset he has on how to approach different situations. Not all of us are perfect at lifting or know exactly what other people can see, so sometimes it is very helpful to receive genuine help at the gym. Thanks Joey Swoll for putting these videos out and solidifying what good gym etiquette is all about!
All I saw from that video is an older dude trying to get his health up so he can enjoy more time with his grandkids. That’s what a man does, he works on himself so he can be around his family that he worked so hard for and for so long where he can finally enjoy time with them before it’s all over.

No, the salary they have is alright. If anything, they’re actually underpaid. They should be paid more but they’re wages aren’t increasing despite being made to play more games in a more intense environment. I don’t think you understand how high level professional football at the top leagues in Europe is. And there’s a huge bias when it comes to salary and recognition based on which country you are from/club you play for

Love the vids and as someone who is overweight I know how hard it is to just walk through the door. When I first started going it was head down headphones on and talk to noone (didn't even feel comfortable with changing there). After a few visits couple of guys came up and said they noticed I came in alone and never spoke to anyone and said they were in all the time and if I ever wanted to work out with them (or in my case workout near them ain't no way I'm keeping up, yet😊.) After a few more visits started talking and now i have met some great friends. Much love and keep calling these people out coz everytime u do it gets someone like me in the door m8.
Thanks for calling this out Joey. Someone who spends so much time in the gym because of their career, should have developed a far better gym etiquette and know this is not OK. He should be the kind of person to speak out against things like this, not be responsible for doing them. Gyms need new members to survive and grow, but it’s situations like these that could cause people to stay away!
Which is why I don't want to go to a gym. I so want to work out with a professional. Someone who can guide me and help me with my form while taking my physical challenges into consideration. Someone who will suggest alternatives and / or modifications to help me get to where I want to be. I want to work out the right way so I don't further injure myself, plus you want that camaraderie, but I'm just not in the mood for anyone else's ish! The truth is, people who do this truly are unhappy and dislike themselves for some reason. Who knows what it is, but they are miserable. If we don't help each other or those that try, then what's the point of it all.

Joey you are awesome, the world needs people like you calling out this garbage behavior!!! Love how you stick up for these people. Like what ever haopened to going up to someone and politely letting them know. No instead you act like a child snickering and taking pleasure in someone's embarrassing situation. That's the person that really deserves to he mocked and humiliated. Because their behavior isn't just some simple accident, they're willfully acting that way.
This deserves to get called out, shameful behavior on their part. If everyone was mocked and ridiculed the first time they ever set foot in the gym, there would a lot more people less inclined to try and better themselves at the gym. Luckily, the first time I started working out as a teen, I had a extremely supportive and understanding community to help me get in shape and improve my technique.
