Hello everyone! In today's video I will show how I fry potatoes with mushrooms. It turns out very tasty, melts in your mouth!
Champignons 500 g
Potatoes 7 pcs
Onion 2 pieces
Butter 30-50 g
Frying oil
Salt to taste
• My champignons, cut into plates. Add salt and fry in vegetable oil, over high heat, without a lid, until golden brown, stirring occasionally. It took me 13 minutes.
• Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and rinse in water to wash off the starch. Cut the onion into feathers.
• Fry potatoes in vegetable oil over high heat under a lid. Salt to taste.
• In the middle of frying, add the onion and stir. It took me 20 minutes to cook the potatoes.
• Add fried champintons and butter to the finished potatoes. Cover with a lid, heat to a minimum and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
• Potatoes are infused with mushroom aroma and butter. It turns out the most delicate potatoes that melt in your mouth!
